Coaching and Hypnotherapy

Coaching is a powerful approach to help individuals develop their skills, knowledge and performance, either at work or in personal situations. The CIPD (Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development) reports that 7 out of 10 organisations now use coaching for personal development, transition support and to help facilitate organisational change.  

Business Coaching.  At Positive Days we develop individual coaching plans for staff and managers, for example:

  • developing an individual’s potential and providing career support
  • developing a more strategic perspective after promotion to a more senior role
  • handling conflict situations so that they are resolved effectively.

Small Group Coaching. Coaching is also available for small groups or teams, and can be particularly useful in setting goals, finding joint solutions to problems and improving overall team performance.

Individual Coaching.   We also work with individuals to coach you towards your own personal goals, whether or not these are work related.

Hypnotherapy

The General Hypnotherapy Register With so many of us now leading busy, stressful lives; emotional problems, loss of confidence and negative thinking can affect our ability to perform effectively, whether at work or home.   Hypnotherapy can help find ways to counter these negative emotions or entrenched behaviours.

The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council Hypnotherapy is a powerful, strategic therapy aimed at treating emotional problems as well as a wide range of conditions or habits such as smoking and weight loss.  Jeanette Harkness is a qualified hypnotherapist (DipH, GQHP, GHR Reg) and can use techniques independently or alongside coaching to support behavioural changes and help with personal development.
