Coaching and Hypnotherapy:
One to one coaching for staff, managers and individuals; an effective way to improve performance, change behaviour or overcome obstacles. This can be supported by hypnotherapy, a powerful tool to counter negative behaviour or emotional problems.
Our approach is unique and is based on our experience in helping people in very stressful and demanding roles or situations to think and behave differently. As solution focused practitioners, we use the 'shift in thinking' model as the core element to much of the training.
